As my planner, she helped me every step of the way, and made this wedding planning process a lot less stressful for me. Even when I first approached her, she was so kind and generous with her knowledge and information! I felt I could really trust the vendors recommended by her. what really sets Jenny apart from other planners I approached was that she can tailor her service to how much help you needed/wanted. This was really helpful for me. I also felt that she truely cared and was passionate about her work! As my MC and celebrant, she was so funny and good with the crowd. a lot of the guests have been to multiple weddings hosted by her. showing just how popular she is! It was very helpful for my family especially, as she could host the whole event in both Chinese and English very fluently! her photobooth team was so so lovely to work with! they were super responsive and delivered the photos literally within 24 hours of the wedding! all my friends were so impressed by this! A lot of the guests also had fun playing with the CO2 gun and video guest book she recommended. it was truly something different and really helps to keep more memories from the wedding through a video guest book! it was also a very pretty prop to take photos with! I think when a wedding goes well, then any vendor will seem fine, but when things happen, Jenny really got in there and resolved my issues very quickly. I will be recommending her to all my family and friends for their future weddings and events!”
